This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed with The Tech Deck, LLC are processed, fulfilled, and shipped.
Filament Orders
In-stock filament orders are generally processed, fulfilled, and shipped on the day following the date the order is placed.
Customers may select from the available shipping options presented during checkout. Shipping charges and estimated delivery times are calculated based on the selected service, destination, package size, and carrier rates.
Orders placed on weekends, holidays, or during announced business closures may be processed on the next available business day. Processing may also be delayed by inventory discrepancies, payment verification, severe weather, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
3D Printing Service Orders
Orders placed through our 3D Printing Services are handled according to the step-by-step process outlined on our 3D Printing Services page.
Production and shipping timelines for custom-printed items vary depending on factors including:
- Project complexity
- Design approval
- Material selection
- Print duration
- Quantity
- Required finishing or post-processing
- Current production capacity
Shipping will occur only after the project has been completed, reviewed, and approved in accordance with the applicable service process. Any estimated production or completion date provided for a custom project is separate from the carrier’s estimated delivery time.
Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
When tracking information is available, customers will receive a shipping confirmation using the contact information provided at checkout.
Tracking updates are supplied by the shipping carrier and may take time to appear after a package has been accepted or scanned.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery dates displayed during checkout or provided by a shipping carrier are estimates only and are not guaranteed by The Tech Deck, LLC.
Once an order has been transferred to the selected carrier, delivery timing is controlled by that carrier. The Tech Deck, LLC is not responsible for delays caused by weather, transportation disruptions, incorrect routing, carrier operations, natural disasters, or other circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
The Tech Deck, LLC is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, misdelivered, or lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped.
Customers should contact us immediately if an address correction is required. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered fulfillment or been transferred to the carrier.
Lost, Damaged, or Missing Shipments
Customers should inspect their order promptly after delivery.
If an order arrives damaged, appears incomplete, or is believed to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@ttdusa.com. Customers may be asked to provide photographs of the packaging, shipping label, product, or damage so that we can review the matter and, when applicable, submit a claim with the shipping carrier.
Packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported missing may require the customer to contact the carrier directly or file a delivery investigation.
