Submit your supported 3D model using the appropriate project upload section.
From functional prototypes and replacement parts to scalable manufacturing, we transforms digital designs into professional-quality finished products.
Submit your design and tell us how the finished part will be used. We will guide the project through review, approval, production, and delivery.
Submit your supported 3D model using the appropriate project upload section.
We review the size, geometry, material requirements, intended use, and manufacturability.
You receive project details and pricing before production begins.
Your approved project enters The Forge for professional manufacturing.
Completed parts are prepared for local pickup or secure shipping.
Select the upload option that matches the largest dimension of your part. Your model will be reviewed before production begins.
You will be taken directly to the matching upload portal where you can upload your file and select the available specifications.
Larger projects may require segmentation or a custom production plan. Contact our team before submitting.

Every project is evaluated based on how the finished part needs to look, fit, function, and perform.
Test fit, dimensions, ergonomics, assembly, and design concepts before final production.
Produce brackets, adapters, housings, fixtures, replacement parts, and application-driven components.
Scale an approved design from one finished part to repeatable short- and medium-volume production.
Create display models, educational tools, architectural pieces, props, and personalized products.
Support product development, operations, replacement needs, manufacturing, and custom business applications.
Help schools, universities, libraries, clubs, and students transform digital projects into physical objects.
Material recommendations are based on strength, flexibility, temperature, outdoor exposure, appearance, chemical resistance, and intended use.
Reliable options for prototypes, display pieces, educational projects, organizers, and general-purpose parts.
Designed for applications requiring greater strength, durability, rigidity, heat resistance, or outdoor performance.
Useful for protective parts, grips, seals, bumpers, vibration control, and controlled-flexibility applications.
