This Privacy Policy explains how The Tech Deck, LLC, operating through TTD Development, handles information in connection with our mobile applications, app-support services, and related digital experiences.

Scope of this policy
This policy applies to mobile applications, companion services, support forms, and related digital products developed or published by The Tech Deck, LLC under the TTD Development name.
Individual applications may include additional privacy notices when their features require different information practices. When an app-specific notice conflicts with this general policy, the app-specific notice will control for that application.

The information collected depends on the application and how you choose to use it. We may collect:

- Technical and diagnostic information, such as device type, operating-system version, app version, crash details, and performance information when needed to troubleshoot or improve an application.
- Account information, only when an application offers account-based features and you choose to create or use an account.
- Feature-specific information, only when clearly disclosed and necessary for a feature you choose to use.
Our baseline approach
We do not intentionally collect information simply because it is available. Information should have a clear and legitimate purpose connected to the application.

Service providers are expected to use information only for the services they perform on our behalf.
Local processing, storage, and security
Some applications may store information locally on your device and may be designed to function without an internet connection. Locally stored information generally remains on your device unless you choose to export, sync, submit, or otherwise share it.

Children's privacy
Unless an application is specifically designed and disclosed for children, our applications are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If you believe a child has provided personal information through one of our applications or support channels, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.
Your choices and rights
Depending on your location and the information involved, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of certain personal information.
